I love you girls!!!!
How fun! What girl doesn't love jewelry?! I love how it celebrates love and being a mother! We have four little ones - two girls, two boys that are all within 4 1/2 years of each other. Our youngest turned 1 just a few days ago and I'm telling you there are times that I could use a necklace to remind me that being a mommy is my most important job that God has given me (and that I REALLY do still love them even when they're driving me batty...!!). : )
Angie, you have moved my heart and have challenged me in areas as a wife, mother, & daughter of the King. I started at the beginning just a few days ago and am still several months behind on being caught up on what God has carried you through. I have wept as I have read your paint & could hear your tears as you have written. When you said He is no different than who He was when you first went into the ultrasound room - Angie, that is just an amazing trust in the Lord. We lost our first baby and I'm not so sure that was my first reaction. We were on the other side of the world for a year short-term missions and He just felt so far. But I can truly say that He did carry us through that time, He brought us closer together as a couple and in our relationship with Him as well. After we lost this baby we had 2 1/2 painful years of infertility (God obviously provided in amazing ways for us four times & four years right in a row!). Still would've rathered to have had our precious baby and learned those lessons a different way...
Thanks Angie, I'm looking forward to sitting down on a quiet night when everybody is in bed, with a cold Pepsi in one hand and my tissue in the other to finish reading. You are precious.

Angie, do you know why I hear a double track of your blog music when I want to comment? There is only one window open - I'm technologically challenged, and confused!
Help me , help him . . .

thank you for the chance to win a piece of lisa's! how fun! i would love to win so that i could have something made for a dear friend of mine! lisa's work is so beautiful and creative.
Even though the compliments are soooo nice, what I love about wearing them is that I am reminded of the kindness of my sweet husband who ordered both pieces for me.
Thank you-
Ariane Carpenter
And it's very kind of you to have these give-aways, too.

My husband and I were diagnosed with severe male factor infertility last Sept. We have been through a few fertility treatments which so far have been unsuccessful. I have found so much hope in your blog this past year as I have struggled significantly with the "why" part of our situation. Seeing you deal with the situations you have been dealt, has just lifted and encouraged me when I have been in the darkest of days. I have been raised in a strong christian home and have only known to live with faith and trust in God. This has been by far the hardest thing I have had to deal with my my short 26 years and it has rattled my faith in ways I never thought possible. I have been looking for a piece of jewelry to wear daily to remind me of the faith and trust I have that God will allow us to have a child of our own. I have learned so much through this journey so far. Some days I take one step forward and the next two steps back t but I just have to remember on days like that as Natalie Grant put it so beautifully "this is what it means to be held."
Lisa has an amazing talent that I am sure means so much to so many people in different ways. If I don't win this, she will definitely be getting my business anyways and her jewelry will have a special meaning to me for years to come as a remembrance of these struggles we have and will endure. Thanks for sharing this with all of us.
And so are YOU!!!
Thank you for the opportunity.
Thanks for starting this blog. I've been following it for a while. You have such a way with words! Thank you for allowing us a peek at your life. :)

I have two brothers, one works at Microsoft, the other was sentenced to death in the gas chamber.
My mother died of insanity when I was three years old, my two sisters are prostitutes and my father sells drugs.
Recently, I met a girl who was released from a reformatory where she served time for smothering her illegitimate child to death.
I love this girl very much and want to marry her.
My problem is this:
Shall I tell her about my brother who works at Microsoft?
Sincerely,
Larry
Have a nice day
