Any Ideas?
PS I can't believe how people act sometimes. Why would it be funny to hack into someone's twitter and make stupid/inappropriate tweets. I don't see the humor in that at all! The nerve of some people. :( Glad I didn't read them.
,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, :)
I have been anxiously waiting for the update on the DC*B giveaway. Then I felt selfish for wanting it so very badly. So, whenever I logged in to see if you had announced the winners, I would pray for you and your family instead. Hope all is well with you. PS- I too am a huge fan of the dot, dot, dot. They're my favorite puncuation!
Hugs and blessing to you!
Bina
Praising along with you that your book editing shouldn't be too much work!
So excited for you about your book. What great joy to have your book moving along so nicely!
But then, someone has to love all the commas and exclamation points that get left out of text messages and tweets, right????!!!! So I figure I just use as many as possible, so none will feel unappreciated!!! (oh, question marks are probably underappreciated too!)
I am so happy with you about your book!!!!
I always have to go back through anything I type and replace most, if not all, my ending punctuation! It's become a habit to end all my sentences with a !!!
I guess I'm just an excitable gal!
So sorry about the twitter thing. I forget Candice has a blog now. I'm off to check it out!
I, think, you, write, just, fine, !!!!! :)
Hugs,
Sarah
I just have to tell you that you are such an inspiration to me. I check your blog, rather frequently I might add, b/c it is so uplifting to me. Right now I am going through something with the Lord and reading your blog helps to guide me and inspire me!!!
Thanks so much...and I am extremely fond of the...............(periods)..as all my sentences in my blog contain them...lol..
Have a Blessed weekend

Xoxo!
My cousin got to go to the DCB release party/concert in Texas. Cool pics and everything. Only a little jealous.
Congratulations on the great book news. I'm not surprised at all, as I think you are an amazing writer, commas and all.
Blessings - Angie
I can't wait for your book to come out! Audrey's story has only just begun!
Congrats on the speedy editing, I can't wait to read the book!
Speaking of twitter,,,,,,Have you had any issues with half naked women wanting to be your friend? I have to block 3-4 a week and they are driving me crazy! I don't know they think I like that!
btw, I have K-LOVE playing online and David Crowder is playing. (How He Loves).....nice.
I received my thank you card from Candace today in the mail.......what a sweet soul...
Oh, and I am not sure if I ever made it on the list for the book.....I would still love one, but I am a slow reader as it is......so I'll probably be only getting through chapter One when y'all are onto the next book. (don't know why I just used y'all.......I'm in New England......guess I just am feeling your southern hospitality). Would still love it if you can spare an extra copy, if not....I will try to pick up a copy at Barnes and Noble soon enough.

So sorry that Candice is having to deal with nastiness already - ugh!
I live in Maryland and I have been a reader of your blog from almost the beginning. I just checked out the link for the conference at Lifepoint - I would love to hear you speak in person! I could not tell from the info on their website which day you will be speaking and if it will be in Chantilly, Virginia or at the church. Let me know when you have a chance.
Thanks, Dawn
Thank you for the heads up on crazy love's first 5 chapters being on b&n. I am waiting for my copy!! but wanted to be a part of Bloom. I love it! (Oh, look! I also love exclamation points!)
That is so terrible about the Twitter hackers. I don't get why people would want to do that. It's senseless to me. It's just dumb.
Actually, in your sentence, there *should* have been a comma, based on proper grammar rules.
She informed me (with Christian love) that I have an unhealthy love of the comma and I tend to agree.
"I tend to agree" is a separate sentence with its own subject and predicate. Therefore, you need a comma to separate it from the first sentence.
But I've been out of the classroom for 3 1/2 years, surrounded by Elmo and diapers, so I'm a little rusty. LOL
... :)
Through this move my Lord is making it ever clear that He is never late, He is never early, but He is always right on time! If I believe it, my actions and attitudes must follow.
So very proud of your book. I truly cannot wait to read it.
Thank you for blessing me in so many ways.
Blessings~
Fran
Why do people have to do that? Hacking into accounts, causing trouble, and what's the matter with comma's anyway?
Continuing to lift up prayers!
Psalms 34:4-7 I sought the LORD, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears. They looked unto him, and were lightened: and their faces were not ashamed. This poor man cried, and the LORD heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles. The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them.

I am eagerly anticipating your new book, and I finished "Crazy Love" earlier this summer. What a life-changing book for me. Great book for your book club!
While I am commenting....do you know where I can get the "boy" version of "I Will Carry You"? I have a friend who lost a son two years ago, and I think she would really love to hear it.
I always think about the periods when i type them (especially on facebook) because i have a friend who is obcessed with 'proper' EVERYthing when it comes to writing. (It's funny...because you probably now know everyone's unhealthy loves. :) hee hee)
Anyway...thought you should know you are my friend. well, my blog friend. :) my husband thinks i'm nuts! and wierd that i have friends i've never met or even talked to!....but he understands. my 'friends' are you, jessica, mcmama, soulemama....that sums up my 'best' blog friends! :) i sometimes spend more tme with you guys than i do my 'local' friends. well, actually, that is true. Anyway....i love my 'perks' throughout the days/week when i get to read some updates, humerous stories, heartfelt thougths from my friends. thanks for being my friend and sharing your life! :)
Oh, I am rubbing my hands with crazy delight! Thank you, Sweet Jesus!
For the gift and the words You've given your daughter, and the lives you will forever change with them. We whisper thanks, Father....
Angie?
Oh, revel in this weekend with people you love and a God who spills with Grace...
Sending so much love...
All's grace,
Ann
Blessings.
Can't wait to get your book.
Oh, and I love the ..... and dashes for some reason :)
I'm going to tell my Maryland friends about your upcoming engagement. Hopefully they'll be able to attend and tell me all about it!

There is also an article about Twitter Hacking on Fox News- both articles were at the top of Google after doing a search on Twitter Hacking
Passwords need to be strong, containing caps, numbers and length. Also be aware of phishing scams.

I'm not a sci fi person - but if i could "beam" myself to Maryland like they do in Star Trek, i totally would. I would love to hear you speak at a women's conference & be encouraged by your faith. Since being there isn't a possibility, I will cover you in prayer as you prepare & as you speak that weekend. God Bless!
God has gifted you with so many talents, and you USE them. So refreshing. So encouraging.
I'm in the "waiting room" of God right now...waiting on His direction in a lot of areas. It's heart-warming to see all that He is using you for.
How incredible that the God of the Universe can use "little old us". I love your willingness to follow Him.
PS- I cannot WAIT for your book to come out. Praying right now for you.
thank you for sharing your life with us on here....looking forward to meeting you!
lovealways,
Kelsey
Psalms 39:12-13 Hear my prayer, O LORD, and give ear unto my cry; hold not thy peace at my tears: for I am a stranger with thee, and a sojourner, as all my fathers were. O spare me, that I may recover strength, before I go hence, and be no more.

Thanks for sharing your life with everyone...it's really refreshing, no matter what it' about because it makes me realize that I'm not alone or makes me smile when the day hasn't gone the way I wanted it to. You have amazing strength. Thanks!

I guess I missed that you went to see "Wicked". Our family came up from Huntsville, AL to see it. My kids loved it! My husband and I saw it in NYC last fall. It was wonderful both times. I think Elphaba was the same girl - what a voice!
Lots of love!
Good luck with your book - I am so impressed!! I've been in a standstill with my master's thesis for months and can't write a thing. Send some of your writing dust this way.
Your faith and strength is really amazing to me. We had some scary times when my son was born and I really don't know if I could have done it.
It is clear that you are a blessing to so many people though.
And, on a random note, I always overuse commas as well.
Psalms 37:23-24 The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way. Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: for the LORD upholdeth him with his hand.

Just wanted to tell ya! I might have to give away one on my blog when Christmas time gets closer!
Psalms 37:39-40 But the salvation of the righteous is of the LORD: he is their strength in the time of trouble. And the LORD shall help them, and deliver them: he shall deliver them from the wicked, and save them, because they trust in him.
