    Congrats to the winners :)

Love your writing on the review post!

We bought a similar washer & dryer last year with our tax refund. We heard the Hallelujah chorus, angels sang, and we fought over who would do the laundry next.

My husband has named ours "Starship Enterprise", for all the bells and whistles it has, and the way it takes doing laundry into a whole new dimension.

I didn't post on the other blog, because I wasn't sure there would be much of a point. As a Canadian, I'm not eligible. As usual. That's OK -- just one more reason to anticipate our move to the U.S. next year :)

Hm, when I go to your review page it says no posts... is anyone else having this problem?

Angie, I'm so sorry, but I am completely unable to leave a comment on your giveaway page. When I first read the giveaway post, I clicked where it had 200+ comments, & then I kept getting "this page does not exist." I tried clicking from this post several times, but can't get anywhere. Is it something I'm doing wrong? Please help me - I SO need the dryer! I have a teenage boy who needs clothes deodorizing. ahem.

    Angie;
I follow your blog and know you will have a tender heart for the couple on the blog I want to share with you. (In fact, my husband and I live in the Detroit area and support Laban!) Please pray for them and baby Olive Hope... and perhaps ask your readers to pray also? Their blog is: http://rustylynette.blogspot.com/
We continue to lift you and the family up before our gracious and mighty God!
    Thanks Angie!

Angie, I have been away from your blog for awhile now, however you so very often pop into my mind, and I wonder what you are experiencing lately. I also think of Nicol and how she might be coping. (She was in my 'hood on the 17th, and I was hoping to be able to attend her event, but couldn't.) Anyway, you two have been heavily on my mind and heart, especially with the birth of a niece on Tuesday. God is taking you and Nicol down a path to empower others, and I imagine you and she are working your "magic" through Him and His glory! Now I'm off to read some of your posts and engage in your postings. God bless. Elizabeth

Apparently, nobody has the Selah cd in stores near me--everybody is like out of stock or they don't care it. Grrr. Do you have the sheet music (piano) for I Will Carry You (Audrey's Song)? I could only listen to a clip but it sound beautiful and I'd LOVE to learn how to play it.

I have to say, I've never really been interested in religious music, with the exception of Amy Grant's christmas songs and Point of Grace but I'm glad that you post it because it has grown on me. Music cures!

    Thanks.

just realized you saw Wicked...how was it?? Isn't in an AMAZING show?!?! I saw it in March of this year. I really wanted to go and see it again before my fav. Glinda (or should I say GAAA-Linda-lol) left bc her contract was up. I forget who is on now...hope the voice is still as amazing as Ali Mauzey's was. Everyone thinks it's soo great to be less an an hour away from NYC and sure it is...when you have money to go to Broadway! Lol.

NOW I can post again and you'll actually see it!
Know that I'm still here praying!
Psalms 40:1-4 I waited patiently for the LORD; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry. He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings. And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the LORD. Blessed is that man that maketh the LORD his trust, and respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies.

Hi! My name is Jennifer. I've been following your blog for a while. I live in H'vill. Jennifer Jones is a friend of mine who told me about you a while back. I'm sure you get asked things like this all the time, but thought I'd ask anyway. You never know:)) God has called us to adopt from Ethiopia and we are doing a twitter/facebook fundraiser starting Monday. Basically, I was wondering if you would be willing to copy/paste our status in your status as twitter/facebook to get the word out. The link will link them to our blog and if they choose to donate to our adoption, they can.

Thank you for your inspiration and for shining:)

    Dear Angie,
I "just happened" to have the radio on when Todd was talking about your precious daughter Audrey Caroline on Prime Time America. My ears perked up immediately because I have a precious baby girl in heaven also. Her name is Anna Marie and she was born Dec. 31, 1991. I was 39 yrs old, had been waiting for 5 yrs to be pregnant . At my 12 weeks visit I had an ultrasound and it showed that Anna had muconian in her intestines which was a sign of something possibly wrong with her. I was sent to a perinatologist who did more ultrasound pictures. I was advised to have an amniosentiesis but declined since I knew God had a plan and He knew exactly what was going on with her.
As the pregnancy progressed she showed signs of not developing just right but no definite diagnosis could be determined. She was small and not moving very much. I had a 5 yr old at the time and knew this pregnancy was very different.
On Christmas Eve I had a very restless night and she was very active, more than she'd ever been. The next few days I didnt feel her move. I knew I would be going in for a check in a few days.
I had been in the week earlier because I thought she was too still and at that time the fetal monitor showed she had a heartbeat so I didnt worry.
At the next visit she had no heartbeat and the ultrasound showed she had died. She was 6 weeks from being full term. She was born on New Years Eve, was 3 lbs 8 oz and looked beautiful. We never knew what exactly was wrong with her.
I so identify with you and those short months of having her with me. In spite of the loss there were tremendous blessings and never a sweeter time with Jesus. I did feel like I had been chosen to carry her too.
I love your song and will celebrate with you Audrey's life.
Eighteen months later at age 41 I gave birth to a very healthy daughter. She is now 16 yrs old.
God is so amazing how only He can work blessings through what seems tragic. I look forward to being reunited with her one day in heaven.
God bless you and I can't wait to read your book!!!
    Your sister in Christ,
    Bobbie

I was wondering if you could pray for a friend of mine from High School. She is a 32 mom of 5 and just gave birth in July to a set of twins who came home from the hosptial about 3 weeks ago. On September 27, while on her way to work (she's a nurse at a hospital) she was hit by another car and her back was broken, ribs crushed, and various other injuries. The man who hit her fled the scene and the last I heard they have not caught him. She only has a 5% chance to walk again.

You can find the article at www.mlive.com/saginawnews/bridgeport+mom+of+five

    Thank you.

It's a privilege to be able to pray for you!
Revelation 1:5-6 And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood, And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

Angie, Good Morning! My daughter is going to be in Nashville this weekend getting ready for an interview at Vanderbilt. Some suggestions on churches for Sunday morning would be great.. Thanks.

This is such a wonderful promise. If Jesus wasn't who He said He was, He would have told us. But He IS and His promises are true! Praying right now!
John 14:1-3 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

I always come back to these verses. It never ceases to amaze me that the Holy Ghost Himself prays for us! He's praying for you! There's no greater comfort than that!
Romans 8:26-27 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

Angie, I've been thinking about you today. Our church here in TX is part of an exciting new venture in India. Through our church a couple has built a home for girls and 30 girls and two of their brothers currently live there with houseparents. Today my husband and I agreed to sponsor one of the girls. The parent organization is LifeLight Ministries. This is in northern India where some persecution of Christians is taking place. The girls vary in background from totally homeless to having Christian parents who cannot afford to support them, but all of them are desperately needy and now in a safe place from certain early marriage, sex and drug trade, and possible death. We know that one of them had a demon possessed mother who set fire to two of her children and this child was rescued by the grandmother. I will post on my blog something about "our girl" without using her name. Our pastor, this couple, and one other lady from Alabama just returned from the opening of the home and did a power point show at church today, dressed in their custom made sari and whatever you call it for men. It was such a blessing to see the beautiful faces and the light in their eyes. They are all in school and learning English, which will ensure them of a future there. I guess you can tell that I'm excited. My four grown daughters now have a "sister". Or maybe I have an older granddaughter. I do feel like she is part of us, though. Only one of the girls has accepted Jesus. She is 14 and the undisputed leader of the other 29, so please pray that the others will follow in baptism and grow in knowledge and wisdom and favor in Him.
    Blessings to you.

Hi there! I wondered if you have any copies left of Crazy Love? I was checking it out at the bookstore over the weekend and actually had it in my hands to buy, but then my mean old husband came up with a pile of books of his own, and I felt guilty spending money on myself so I put it back.

hope you are doing well! we haven't heard from you in a while...and we hope that you are just too busy and that life hasn't take a toll like it sometimes can. your testimony has been so inspiring to many....and your heart is big with good intentions. you are appreciated, loved and prayed for. thank you for all the good you pass onto others. you can't save the world, but you sure can try one step at a time in how you treat others and love them. i have a long way to go in this, so please pray for me. my heart is better than my actions more times than not! how does that happen? you would think what's in the heart would always come out, but sometimes my connection is bad! the Lord will give me strength if i ask. anyways....just wanted you to know that we miss you and hope to hear from you soon! thanks again for the win on the DCB vinyl....i can't wait to get it!

I have wanted to much to write and let you know how touched I’ve been by your blog. I attended the Selah concert here in Mobile, Alabama recently (the first one on this tour - ?) and was so blessed. I happened to remember (just last week) about your story and that he had told us where to find your blog. I went online to take a look and just fell in love with you and have found it difficult to tear myself away. I knew, because of his testimony, what the outcome of your story had been but I think reading it from the beginning and understanding (as much as someone who had never been through that myself) could understand your struggle was both heart-breaking and inspiring. I have seen the hand of the Lord at work in your life and the way He has and is using this story to relay the gospel to so many. I have laughed and cried and shared so much of the story with my Bible study (yes – Beth Moore’s) group. And of course, I immediately went online and ordered that children’s Bible that you recommended. This will be my youngest grandson’s first Christmas and we want to get him started right! Thank you for being so transparent even when it has opened you up for hurt from others. Please know that the good is so much greater than the bad and the Lord will bless this and already has.
